After passing major Workers’ Comp and lawsuit reforms, the State Chamber of Oklahoma built on that success in the 2014 session. Important economic development incentives were passed or extended, a defined contribution retirement system was created to help with the state’s unfunded pension liability and laws aimed at reducing frivolous unemployment compensation cases were passed.
