Gwendolyn Caldwell, Bio Information

Gwendolyn joined The State Chamber in 2011 after previously serving as vice president of Government Affairs for the Tulsa Metro Chamber. Caldwell joined the Tulsa Metro Chamber staff as Vice President of Government Affairs in December of 2009. Her responsibilities included facilitating the Chamber's OneVoice process and leading the chamber's local, state and federal legislative agenda. Prior to her Tulsa Chamber work, Caldwell served as Legislative Director in the Oklahoma State Senate and as an advisor to Senate Pro Tempore Glenn Coffee on policy and political issues. In this role she assisted the Majority Floor Leader in the strategic management of the flow of legislation through committee and on the Senate floor.
