Matt joined The State Chamber in 1998 as Vice President of Small Business. In 2003 he was promoted to Vice President of Small Business and Workforce Development. Matt's areas of expertise are small business, tax policy, health care, business growth incentives, retail issues, education and workforce development. Prior to joining The State Chamber he was a lobbyist at the State Capitol since 1985 and has represented the trucking industry, the grocery industry and The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.
