Mike's background is well grounded in the industrial and manufacturing base of Oklahoma. First as a loss-control consultant, and then working in manufacturing for fifteen years, Mike worked his way up the corporate ladder until he became Vice President of Operations for a foreign-based manufacturing company. Mike joined The State Chamber in 1992 as the Director for the Manufacturers' Department, became Senior Vice President of Operations in 2001 and Senior Vice President of Policy Analysis & Strategic Planning in 2010. Mike's areas of expertise are workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, labor law, tort reform and research.
