Fred Morgan has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the State Chamber of Oklahoma since 2010. Prior to joining the Chamber, Fred worked for the Oklahoma Senate President Pro Tempore and in 2006 helped broker an historic power-sharing agreement between the Republicans and Democrats, who were tied 24-24. He subsequently served as General Counsel and Senior Policy Advisor to the first Republican-led Senate in state history in 2008.
Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and to the State Chamber Board of Directors
Since joining the State Chamber in July 2002, Regina has served as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. She also coordinates all Board and Executive Committee functions and serves as a resource for all board members. Regina has been an Executive Assistant for over 20 years, serving in that capacity to the Chairman, President & CEO of Fife Corporation; the President & CEO of the Oklahoma Bankers Association; and the President & CEO of Platt Energy Corporation. She has also served as an office manager and legal assistant.
Senior Vice President, Operations and CFO
Eric Blakeney joined the State Chamber of Oklahoma in July 2001 as the Director of Accounting & Finance. He was promoted to Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in 2003. His area of responsibility was expanded to include human resources, payroll, benefit administration, and building management. January 2013 Eric was named Senior Vice President over State Chamber Operations and remains Chief Financial Officer. Eric came to The State Chamber with a diverse back ground which includes serving as an accounting manager for a fortune 500 company, an auditor, and 12 years in banking. Eric graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1999. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2001.
Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, Registered Lobbyist
Jonathan joined the State Chamber in 2012 as Vice President of Policy Development and Government Affairs lobbying in the areas of health care, workers’ compensation and pension reforms. In October 2014, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Government Affairs. In this role, Jonathan oversees the lobbying efforts of the State Chamber and handles specific issue areas of Economic Development and Taxation as well as Workers’ Compensation. Prior to the State Chamber, Jonathan served as Research and Policy Analyst for the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
Senior Vice President of Political Affairs & Advocacy, Registered Lobbyist
Mike joined the State Chamber in 2014 after serving ten years in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Jackson served the last two years as the Speaker Pro Tempore of the House and served on all committees. He helped with the development of rules, presided over many of the sessions and passed many bills that were good for business. Prior to serving in the Legislature, Jackson served as Northwest Field Representative for U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe and was the Public Information officer for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture.
Senior Vice President Policy Analysis & Strategic Planning, Registered Lobbyist
Mike's background is well grounded in the industrial and manufacturing base of Oklahoma. First as a loss-control consultant, and then working in manufacturing for fifteen years, Mike worked his way up the corporate ladder until he became Vice President of Operations for a foreign-based manufacturing company. Mike joined the State Chamber in 1992 as the Director for the Manufacturers' Department, became Senior Vice President of Operations in 2001 and Senior Vice President of Policy Analysis & Strategic Planning in 2010.
Vice President Government Affairs, Registered Lobbyist
Lepard joined the State Chamber in 2014 as Vice President of Government Affairs lobbying in the areas of health care, workforce development, aerospace and technology. Since 2017, Jennifer has also served as the Executive Director of the State Chamber Research Foundation. Jennifer started her career in policy working for the Oklahoma State Senate as a Legislative Analyst. Prior to the State Chamber, she also gained experience at a state agency and in private consulting. Jennifer has a Master of Public Administration and a Doctorate in Public Health and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Oklahoma.
Executive Assistant Government Affairs
Toni joined the State Chamber in 2012. She was promoted to Government Affairs Executive Assistant in March of 2015. Before working at the State Chamber Toni was a career school teacher for the Putnam City School District. She taught grade levels kindergarten through tenth grade, served on many school committees, and held several leadership roles within school sites. Toni also worked as an independent consultant teaching professional workshops to educators in the areas of Math and Reading. She holds a BA degree in Early Childhood Education from Clemson University.
Senior Research Assistant
Barri joined the State Chamber in 2013. As Senior Research Assistant, she provides research support for the State Chamber and many of our partner organizations. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Government from Drury University. Prior to joining the State Chamber, Barri worked as a teaching and research assistant in the Department of Political Science at the University of Oklahoma and as a Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist on the redistricting project while at the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
Vice President of Political Affairs
Cordon joined the State Chamber in 2011. Prior to joining the chamber, he worked on the Oklahoma Republican Party’s Victory team, which was responsible for electing candidates in local and state elections. As part of the Victory team, he coordinated efforts between the various campaigns, supervised volunteers, and directed the use of state-level voter data. Prior to the 2010 election cycle, Cordon managed various local issue and candidate campaigns while attending Rice University and Oklahoma State University.
Director of Strategic Partners
Nicole oversees the State Chamber’s grassroots development initiatives, strategic partnerships and local chamber relations. She also runs Chamber Action Network (CAN), a coalition of the State Chamber and local chambers and economic development organizations. In addition, Nicole manages the Oklahoma Professional Economic Development Council (OEDC). Previously, she was the President and CEO of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce. She has a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Texas, a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma City University, and graduated from the U.S.
Vice President of Membership
Stephanie Snyder has been with the State Chamber of Oklahoma for 15 years and currently serves as the Vice President of Membership. Her existing territory includes all of Western Oklahoma, along with the Northeastern quadrant over to Tulsa. She has worked in various roles within the Membership Division working with both existing members as well as prospective member companies. She previously worked in the healthcare technology and insurance industry for 14 years where she specialized in oversight of Claims management and Client Support Services, which included: claims processing, underwriting, customer service, and implementation staff. She continues to be a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in the state of Oklahoma.
