Vice President of Membership
Stephanie joined the State Chamber in 2011, serving as Partnership Services Manager working with members in the OKC area and Southwest Oklahoma. She was promoted to Regional Membership Manager, which grew her territory to include all of Western Oklahoma. In 2014, she was promoted to Vice President of Membership and focuses on new membership recruitment and retention and engagement with our existing members. Stephanie currently serves on the national Association of State Chamber Professionals board as Communications Chair. Stephanie previously worked in the high risk medical and commercial equipment insurance industry with international companies for 15 years and is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in the State of Oklahoma.
Vice President of Membership
Karma joined the State Chamber in 2014 after serving as Vice President for Development for the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs. Prior to that, Robinson was a principal at SAGAC Public Affairs, where her responsibilities included managing fundraising and advocacy components for candidates, political action committees (PACs) and associations. Karma raised more than $100 million for presidential, congressional, state legislative and issue campaigns since 2002.
Director of Member Relations
Emily joined the State Chamber team in 2010 as the Membership and Marketing Assistant. In 2012, a new role, Member Relations Specialist was formed. Emily was selected to serve in this role and was promoted to Director of Member Relations a year later. Previously, Emily managed a small consumer loan company and worked in retail. Emily is dedicated to making sure members are informed about and maximize the opportunities available to them through the State Chamber such as involvement in committees, events and special projects.
Executive Assistant, Events
Karen joined the State Chamber in 1986 when Associated Industries of Oklahoma merged with the State Chamber. She worked as office manager/bookkeeper/secretary with Associated Industries for five years prior to joining the State Chamber. She has worked as an executive assistant for several lobbyists in the Government Affairs division throughout her career at the State Chamber. In 2013, Karen joined the Operations Department and is handling all event registrations.
Accounts Receivable & Technology Manager
Kim joined the State Chamber in 1992. She is responsible for making sure the lines of communication for staff and members are functioning properly by managing all technology equipment, our membership database and accounts receivables. Prior to joining the State Chamber, she worked at Rich-Mix Products as their Office & Driver Manager. Previous to that, she served as the Director of Admissions at the Oklahoma City University Law School.
Facilities Manager and Production Room Coordinator
Jamie started at the State Chamber of Oklahoma in 2002 as Production Room Facilitator. She helps ensure seamless production processes and a well-managed, well-maintained facility. Prior to that, Jamie was a professional in the insurance claims industry for eight years. She also has a background in office management.
Director of Communications
David has been at the State Chamber since 2019.
Director of Events
Lindsey plans and oversees the State Chamber's numerous events, conferences and forums. She joined the State Chamber team in 2006 as the Receptionist. She then worked as Executive Assistant to Government Affairs for seven years before moving to the events department in 2015. She is now Director of Events and ensures positive, seamless event experiences for State Chamber members and other key stakeholders.
Graphic Design Manager
A skilled designer and illustrator, Scott produces creative for a wide range of projects including infographics, websites, brochures, mailers, research reports, social media and more. Prior to joining the State Chamber in 2014, Scott worked in radio, retail, manufacturing, wholesale and health care. This multi-disciplinary experience, paired with Scott's creativity, enable him to develop compelling communications for the State Chamber and its partners. His role as Graphic Design Manager includes creative concepting, branding, design and production.
Katherine joined the Oklahoma State Chamber in April of 2015 as Receptionist. In 2017, she was promoted to Events Coordinator, where she helps plan and implement various State Chamber events. Previously, Katherine worked for Convergys corporation for 8 years. Katherine started as a customer service representative and worked her way up to supervisor of customer service representatives that handled escalated calls and issues. She was a top performing supervisor month over month.
