Lindsey Sparks

Director of Events

Lindsey Sparks plans and oversees The State Chamber's numerous events, conferences and forums. She joined The State Chamber team in 2006 as the receptionist, then as the executive assistant to government affairs before moving to the events department in 2015. Lindsey is now the director of events and ensures positive, seamless event experiences for State Chamber members and other key stakeholders.

Scott Harris

Creative Director

A skilled designer and illustrator, Scott Harris produces creative for a wide range of projects. Prior to joining The State Chamber in 2014, Scott worked in radio, retail, manufacturing, wholesale and health care. This multi-disciplinary experience, paired with Scott's creativity, enable him to develop compelling communications for The State Chamber and its partners. His role as creative director includes creative concepting, branding, design and production.

Alisa Northcutt

Communications Specialist

Alisa Northcutt joined The State Chamber team in 2021 and is our resident communications specialist. Bringing a working knowledge of marketing and public relations to the team, you'll find Alisa behind the camera, creating digital content and managing social media. Alisa graduated with a degree in agricultural communications from Oklahoma State University.
