Ben Lepak



Executive Director, State Chamber Research Foundation

As the Executive Director of the State Chamber Research Foundation, Ben Lepak is a vital player in the Chamber’s mission of promoting reasonable regulation and defending free enterprise. Prior to joining the State Chamber in 2020, Ben served as a legal fellow at The 1889 Institute, a think tank focused on Oklahoma public policy issues, state judicial reform and state constitutional law. He also served as general counsel and corporate secretary for TEL Foundation, was the chief of civil decision for the Office of District Attorney Matthew J. Ballard and cofounded an eponymous law firm. Ben received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame — where he was trained in part by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett — and is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas.
